How to purchase your chocolates The best way to purchase your chocolates is to visit your nearest Haigh’s Chocolates store where you can experience the heavenly fresh chocolate aromas and view our extensive range of chocolates, novelties and gifts. Our retail team would be very pleased to assist you. Phone orders are also welcome, please click the download price list and order form links. Then simply, print it out, fill in the details of the chocolates you would like to purchase and payment details and then phone, email, fax or post your order to your nearest Haigh’s store. Your order will then be prepared and available for collection from your store of choice, or alternatively we can arrange delivery (see details on Delivery Service). |

Delivery Service A delivery service is available, to all capital cities as well as other major cities within Australia (excluding Northern Territory). The delivery cost is an additional charge and subject to weight, service selected and delivery location. When placing your order please ask for delivery options and approximate costs. Once your order is packed, our team can confirm the delivery cost for you. We manufacture the highest quality products and promise to do everything we possibly can to ensure that our products are delivered undamaged and unspoiled. To ensure this we carefully pack and prepare our chocolates for transit by using our foil bags and bubble wrap for some insulation and protection. Please also advise your specific delivery instructions to ensure your order is received promptly and is not left waiting on front porches or delivery depots. |

Hot Weather Delivery Policy We prefer not to deliver our chocolate products during hot weather as there is a high risk of the chocolate melting. We recommend that delivery is delayed until the weather is cooler. Options can be discussed with our team when placing your order. If you would like to personally authorize and take responsibility for us sending a delivery of chocolates during hot weather, we will do all we can to make sure your order is prepared for delivery and it will be sent as requested. Please note our returns policy below regarding melted chocolate. |
